LIMITED TIME ONLY. THE REFERRAL PROGRAM MAY BE MODIFIED OR AMENDED BY UPRECRUIT IN ITS SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION AT ANY TIME. Offer valid so long as the offer remains publicly posted to users of the UpRecruit platform. The offer will expire immediately upon removal.
To participate and become eligible for a referral bonus, you must refer new users to the UpRecruit platform through the referral links available from your user account. A new user is defined as someone who never before started an UpRecruit account (whether or not the account was fully completed and submitted), including an existing user with an account under an alternate email address or name.
To qualify, the referred person must be: 1) a new user of UpRecruit, 2) first sign up for the platform through a unique referral link provided within your account, and 3) become an approved user of UpRecruit within (30) days of signing up for the platform. Users are approved at the sole discretion of UpRecruit.
To be eligible for any referral bonus, referred person must be hired as a full-time employee (FTE) through the UpRecruit platform within ninety (90) days counting from the date of first referral to start date of the new role, and must remain in the new role for at least ninety (90) days. No Referral Bonuses will be provided for contractor, part-time, or intern hires.
You will be notified of a successful bonus event within thirty (30) days of hiring of each referral and UpRecruit will use reasonable efforts to pay referral bonuses within thirty (30) days of eligibility. You are limited to one referral bonus for each user (e.g., future accepted Job Offers from a user will not qualify for additional referral bonuses). The referrer and the new user cannot be the same person.
UpRecruit reserves the right to cancel a referring user’s referral offer if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a referring user has violated these terms, including through any fraudulent or misleading referral activity (for example, by referring fake people to users, using false names, using multiple identities, email accounts or email addresses, impersonating another person, or otherwise providing false or misleading information) or if UpRecruit terminates the referring customer’s account for any reason.
